Stay tuned as Active Social is preparing to launch morning beach training sessions taking place on the world famous Bondi Beach.

Involving soft sand and water (weather and surf conditions permitting). Fun sessions that will push you to your potential.

Please register your interest here so you can be notified when sessions commence. Note that spots are limited to 6 at this stage.

Requirements:

Fitness level: all (workouts will be adjusted to your level)

Swimming: must be able to comfortably swim 50m unassisted

Energy and laughter a must - we get fit having fun :-)
