Outdoor group training sessions every Thursday!

Convenient city location so you can venture out during your lunch break.
Stay fit, meet other city professionals, feel more productive for your afternoon.

A range of body weight and cardio exercises to increase your heart rate up, tone your body and release those natural endorphin's before heading back indoors.
Block of 10 sessions @ $14 each = $140
Block of 5 sessions @ $14 = $70
Active Social members = free (2 free sessions per month, $10 extra sessions)

Please note you have 13 weeks to use your 10 block sessions to accommodate those weeks where a meeting comes up and you can't attend. 5 block sessions need to be used within 5 weeks.

When the numbers increase, there will be an additional training session so you can then choose which day/s each week, or train twice per week. So get your buddy’s along to increase your training options.
